Weird Sard Portrait idk

I keep thinking about the idea of drawing gems with their body being made of their gemstone, so I did a portrait of Sard like that. I also made her hair resemble lava more than it usually does, make the tonal contrast absurdly dramatic, and made her face and neck exceptionally sculpted. Kind of works with her personality so hey. I actually took note of the time at the start of this for once. It took me six hours.

Also I'm starting to think that I should do less lined work, at least with more detailed pictures, because this really isn't my natural style.
